- Communicate via email with your therapist
- Talk on the phone with your therapist
As you can see, there are many ways you can communicate with your online mental health specialist depending on your needs. Whether you feel more comfortable communicating by typing, talking, or seeing your therapist face to face, E Mental Health Center has a way for you to be provided top-quality mental health services online by Licensed Clinical Psychologists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Mental Health Counselors, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists.

Get better, faster with your own 24/7 Technology-Assisted Therapist Helper. Use it anytime you are not seeing your therapist to advance your progress!
My Therapy Space contains a place where you and your therapist can decide on what the goals for therapy will be and the amount of time you have to achieve them. Specifying goals is important because it helps you track your progress.
However, if you and your therapist feel that setting goals is not appropriate for you, then there is no need to use this service.
My Therapy Space also allows you and your therapist to specify what you will do during the week in order to practice the skills you learned in therapy. This is an important part of changing maladaptive patterns or habits. Homework is assigned at yours and your therapist’s discretion.
My Therapy Space also has a section where your therapist can recommend websites that may help you learn more about your mental health condition. You can also recommend links to your therapist or to us. Lastly, it is up to you to follow up with your therapist’s recommendations.
My Therapy Space has a place where your therapist can give you questionnaires that can provide him or her with further needed information. We recommend that you fill them out to the best of your ability.

You can invest time in yourself. My Personal Space is designed for you, giving you the best way to edit your profile, write in your journal or chat with people who want to exchange knowledge, questions or just comments about the same subject.
My Personal Space contains a place where you can modify your personal information any time.
You are allow to add, delete or edit all your personal information including your picture in this section called My Profile.
My Journal is just what it says it is: a journal. Here you can put down your thoughts and feelings as you write about your life. You can do this privately or let your therapist read them. My journal is a very important part of your therapy because research has shown that just writing down your thoughts and feelings provides mental health relief.
So, go ahead and write as much or as little as you want, as frequently or as seldom as you wish.
My Social Area (Chat) allows you to interact with others socially via chat. Social interaction with others is one of the main components of many therapy programs. Only people who are clients are allowed to chat in this area. It is important that you adhere to the rules and regulations for using the chat area as we reserve the right to stop providing this service to those who do not.
As all other services provided in the My Personal Space area, it is up to you to use them and in no manner you should feel forced to do so.
AArea where incoming and outgoing messages are received for acceptance, preparation for transmission, transmission, receipt and delivery.
All the communication between clients and providers will be delivery to this area in order to keep an organized backup as part of a great therapy experience.
IIt is a site where you can search detailed professional listings for therapists, marriage and family therapists, psychologists, counselors, psychiatrists and more.
You can choose your counselor based on specialization, price, genre, availability, location, etc. E-MHC designed this area specially for easy navigation and interaction between clients and providers.
